Escape From a Tiger in the Wynard Jungle
An English officer recounts his perilous trek through a dense Wynard Jungle in 1847 Bengal. After his palanquin bearers flee from a charging elephant, he climbs a teak tree and endures brutal shocks while the beast is trapped by its own tusks. A royal tiger then ambushes the scene, but help arrives from attendants as the officer survives the ordeal.
