A misdirected unsigned letter from Shelbyville Kentucky was received. if J B Bitton shares his post office, a reply will be sent. The giraffe advertised by Cooper & Dalley did not appear. M N McLellan & Co claim to offer pure goods cheaply. Drownen noted. Louis Koster, 18, drowned while swimming nine miles north west of Troy. family witnessed the drowning as the water was too deep to assist. The deceased was prone to fire and died while in water.
