Central Station Troy Missouri Station No 60 reports a December with a mean temperature of 45.46 degrees farenheit, 12.4 degrees above normal. Frogs and worms surfaced, insects appeared, and a 70 degree day occurred on the 19th. Wind ran 7742 miles for the month, with a high daily of 495 miles on the 4th.
