Golden wedding celebration for Mr and Mrs John Bartels

Beebe Dies at 19 From Sleeping Sickness in Waverly
George Beebe 19 son of Mr and Mrs Martell Beebe died at Mercy hospital after illness since November 18. A Waverly high school graduate 1981 and noted athlete, he coached line for Waverly football this season and worked at Grassfield Shoe store. Scout master and Sunday school teacher survived by parents four brothers and one sister and grandfather Civil War veteran. Funeral held at Methodist church with burial in Harlington cemetery.

William Buenzow, 73, died Friday November 24 at 11 15 p m at the home of his daughter Mrs Fred Katzung in Mansfield Minnesota of heart trouble. He had been in poor health the past year and mostly bedridden four days. He recently lived with daughter Mrs Harold Bierne. Services were in Mansfield Lutheran Church with Rev Leuchner. Interment followed at Grove Hill Lutheran Church cemetery near Oran beside his wife who died ten years ago. Survived by daughters Mrs Katzung Mrs Tiede and Mrs Harold Bierie and sons Fred John and Ernest Buenzow plus Glen Bailey and others in the Oran area.
