Bank Night Drawing Promises Final Prize of 50 Dollars
The Bank Drawin promotion ends tonight with the final drawing offering a 50 dollar prize share. Outside ticket holders compete for the last pot as the Booster Club hosts a banquet at Maple Hill Club for wrestlers on Saturday evening. Last week’s winners were Margaret Kalkbrenner and Jay Flaig of Tripoli. Kalkbrenner collected 75 dollars in person. Tripoli City Council holds a special meeting Thursday March 4 at 7 p.m. to set formal street project procedures.

Tripoli Wrestlers Climax Successful Season at State
Tripoli Panther wrestlers and coach John Samuelson wrapped a strong season by finishing fourth in the Class A State Wrestling Tournament in Des Moines.
