Funeral Services Held Monday for John H Kuhrt 86
Funeral services for John Hen ry Kuhrt 86 were held June 23 at Peace United Church of Christ Waverly with interment in Faith UCC cemetery Tripoli. Born January 24 1882 in Bremer County he was the son of John H and Sophie Moehling Kuhrt. He married Emma Schwemm in 1907 and was a retired custodian at the Waverly Public Library. He died at St Josephs Mercy Hospital Waverly Friday. Survived by daughter Regina Lage shulte of Waverly three granddaughters Barbara Bruns Pamela Campbell Karla Nieman and four great grandchildren Also two sisters Elsa Alcock Cokeville Wyoming and Renetta Krueger Tripoli. Preceded by wife four brothers Herman Albert Ervin Edward and three sisters Clara Schmidt Emma Drewis Ida Fink.
