Farmer Elected to the Farm Credit Board in Omaha District
Kammeyer, a 39 year old Iowa farmer with 700 acres of row crops and 700 hogs, was elected to a three year term on the Farm Credit Banks Omaha Board. He succeeds Kenneth Lynk and joins six elected members plus a governor appointee on the seven person board overseeing the Federal Land Bank, the Federal Intermediate Credit Bank, and the Bank for Cooperatives. The board governs over 3.2 billion dollars in loans to farmers and cooperatives across Iowa Nebraska South Dakota and Wyoming.
