Wednesday Morning Fire Destroys Farm Buildings Near Tripoli
Fire crews rushed to Myron Oswald farm three miles east one mile north and a half mile west of Tripoli early Wednesday. Barn, tool shed, corn crib and a small building burned. an auto shed within the barn also burned. The blaze spread to state grassland and toward the Sauerbrei farm before being checked. No damage estimate was available.

Dettmer Named Fire Chief of Tripoli Department

Theft at Standard Oil Fertilizer Plant Reported

Sansenbach Rites Held for 38 Year Old Denver Native
Funeral services for John Henry Sansenbach 38 of rural Denver were held Monday at East Janesville Methodist Church with burial in Waterloo Garden of Memories. He died after arriving at Allen Memorial Hospital, autopsy pending. He was born May 2 1930 in New Hartford son of William R and Vesta Pollack Sansenbach. Survived by wife Carlotta Joy Hach married Aug 8 1968 one brother Quentin Waterloo two stepdaughters Kathryn Ann and Carolyn May Crawford and nephew William E Sansenbach. He farmed locally and was employed at Allen Memorial Hospital and served as worshipful master of the New Hartford Masonic lodge.
