The Town of Frederika plans a special election on September 19 1973 from 8 am to 8 pm at the Town Hall to decide whether to grant an electric franchise to Interstate Power Company a Delaware corporation for 25 years under Ordinance No 72 4 as approved August 13 1973. The measure authorizes construction of an electric plant and distribution system within the town limits and includes conditions on rights of way liability and street maintenance.
