Notice for G I Bill attendance certification requirements
Individuals training under the new GI Bill must monthly submit a Certificate of Attendance to the Veterans Administration before payment. The pre printed punch card accompanies checks. after each enrollment period, sign and report dates and hours, and mail the card by the fifth of the following month. Ensure dates fall within the enrollment period and sign after the last attendance date.

The Library room 104 hosts the quarterly Student Council meeting on Monday at 4 00 pm with decor team needing help for the Fall Festival. Junior Class elections list petitions for President Vice President Treasurer and Secretary with voting scheduled today from 10 am to 3 pm in the Ald Cafe.

Photographs for students not photographed during fall registration are scheduled for October 24 and 25 in room 101 library from 1 30 p m to 4 30 p m each day. All students without photos must attend, and faculty and staff members lacking a photo will be photographed at these times.

Fraternity Scholastic Averages Exceed All Men’s Averages
National Interfraternity Conference reports 62 percent of 295 institutions with fraternity chapters had campus averages above All Men’s Averages in 1964-65. 3,159 chapters, 49 percent nationwide on an individual-chapter basis above All Men’s Averages. Summa Cum Laude qualifiers include Akron, Arkansas State, Georgetown, Murray State, Texas Tech, Wisconsin Whitewater, and others.

Pre Registration Dates for Winter Quarter Set
The registrar announces Winter Quarter pre registration from November 10 to 16. Seniors register first, then juniors sophomores and freshmen to reduce conflicts and aid advisor meetings. A classification list will be posted November 8 and hours earned by fall quarter 1966 will determine class status including transfer credit.
