President Lyndon B Johnson sends best wishes to Tri State College graduates in 1967 as they complete their college education and prepare for commencement.
Chad Chaney vice president of Lincoln Graphics spoke at the Fort Wayne Publications Dinner about the graphic arts in advertising art copy and layout. Dr Richard Bateman presented Tri-State Outstanding Journalist Award to William Linke editor of the Triangle. Staffs of Tri Angle and Modulus honored for work.
Honor graduates will be recognized at Class Day on Friday morning June 2. The event may be outdoors on campus weather permitting, otherwise in the College Auditorium. Richard Nate will be emcee and Dr. Willig will greet seniors, parents, and guests. Certificates, Gold and Silver Key awards, and Scholars Plaque engravings will honor seniors from multiple colleges and societies. Receptions follow in Perry T. Ford Memorial Library and Stewart Hall dining room.
