Winter Carnival Queen Contest Rules At Tri State College
Fraternities dorms and campus groups may nominate one candidate each. Eligible candidates must be juniors or seniors with a 2.5 GPA, who will attend the 1967 Winter Carnival and have not previously been Queen. Voting occurs February 7 in the College Cafeteria and Stewart Hall Lounge with photo IDs. Five finalists announced February 7 and presented February 10, with the winner crowned February 11 at the auditorium dance.
