Trojans Clinch Share of MCC Title With 84 69 Win
The Trojans beat Concordia 84 69 to clinch at least a share of the Mid Central Conference title as Indiana Tech trails in second place with a Grace game upcoming. Tony Rogan starred with 20 points 17 rebounds and 9 assists, while Terry West and Jim Smoots added 17 and 16 points respectively. Ed Schmaltz 14 points and strong rebounding supported the win. Lou Shaffer and Bill Price combined for 13 rebounds and 6 points each. The Junior Varsity also won 97 77 over the 20 20 Club of Ft Wayne with Harper 16 and Ballinger 15 leading, and seven Trojans in double figures.
