The Department of English and Humanities adds two spring courses Development of the Novel I and Contemporary Literature. Development of the Novel II surveys twentieth century fiction with authors such as Conrad mature figures, Joyce and Wright. Contemporary Literature covers postwar genres with Beckett Durrell Genet Tonesco Pinter and Durrenmatt readings.
