Notice at Helena Montana warns that Ames L Moore has filed for final proof on the NEx NW 4 and lot 1 in Section 31 Township 7 North Range 2 East. The proof will be before the Register and Receiver at Helena on September 19, 1846. Witnesses include Fickien T McCormick Herman Berg Wm J McKnight and Ad Turner of Townsend Montana.
