Fatal Train Crash Kills Four Women at Indiana Crossing

A car containing four women was struck by a train at a railroad crossing near Logansport Indiana on June 16. The vehicle was dragged 200 feet. Daisy Raymond of Valparaiso died instantly while Lillian Moore of Lafayette Fern Lambert and Stella Foster of Logansport were fatally injured. The party had attended a picnic and tried to cross the track in front of the train.
