The buyer is in Kansas City Kansas. A fire at Colony Garmett Kansas destroyed a livery barn and several buildings. The fire origin is known. No insurance except on buildings.
Victor Colorado Sept 19 A cavalry and infantry detachment under Major Mereyand surrounded the Daily Record office official organ of the miners union and arrested George Kyner W S Langton Charles Langdon W A Sweet and K J Richardson accusing them of coercion intimidation and criminal libel. The prisoners were placed in the guardhouse as affidavits prepared for district court.
