Washington September 1 The following is the order of arrangements for the funeral of the late President as revised to meet Mrs McKinley’s wishes. The remains will arrive in Washington at 8 30 o'clock and be conveyed to the executive mansion by a squadron of United States cavalry. On Tuesday at 9 o'clock the body will be borne to the Capitol, where a service will be held, after which the body will lie in state in the rotunda for the permit ter of the Guy. In the evening the remains will be escorted to the Pennsylvania Railroad station by a squadron of cavalry and will be delivered to the national burial place for Thursday. Buffalo N Y Sept 18 The county court grand jury considers the case against Leon Czolgowski charged with murder in the death of President McKinley. District Attorney Penny presents the case as about twenty witnesses testify before the jury. After sampling testimony, the jury room details the preliminary exam and autopsy by Doctors Gaylord and Matsinger. Evidence shows the president was shot by a bullet wound. Secret Service Detective Gallagher and others testify on the circumstances. The grand jury adjourns until Monday when the trial will begin before Supreme Court Justice Hitt.
