Harding divorce case postponed at court term
The Harding divorce suit will not be tried this term as the parties are not ready for trial. Judge Haken granted the continuance at the request of C. Alexander, Harding’s attorney. The Hiedky divorce case was also continued. The Hiadky family, Bohemian residents northwest of the city, seek a divorce after nearly three years of marriage. Master Ikoy Larsa suffered a painful accident morning when riding a new birthday bicycle and collided with windy conditions at Seventh Jackson Street. He was thrown from his wheel and badly injured as the buggy wheel passed over him.
