Violinist Ovide Musin to Perform at Library Hall

Ovide Musin the famed violinist will give a concert at Library Hall a week from Monday evening October 8. He plans a four year world tour with several appearances in the West before returning. Willis B Edminster will manage the tour. In Topeka today he promotes the event and notes Musin’s rise in this city. The Joint Keeper Pleaded Guilty. Henry Hank Frowkridge pleaded guilty to buying a joint at 717 Fifth street. Judge Perry fined him $100, and he will serve 100 days on the rock pile due to lack of funds. This action closes the joint for about 190 days.
