A branch office will be in Boston and Charles He Kerr will edit from Chicago.
Dah McTageart of Montgomery obiihi ty was named by Governor Leedy to fill the Hutchinson reformatory board vacancy after Senator B F Warlack of Effingham died. McTageart, a former state senator, represents Kansas free silver Republicans and was a longtime party wheel horse who broke with the St Louis platform in 1896 to join the silverites.
