Taylor bars Tennessee troops from St. Louis drill
Mentor Tenn April 6 Gen A R Taylor brigadier general of Tennessee will issue an order declaring that no Tennessee troops shall attend any drill in St Louis during the present year or any other while he commands the state troops if the movement for an interstate drill in that city in 1895 is pursued.
