Collision report describes an incident on Comeress and Church streets involving a car driven by Arthur Geen and another vehicle. The other driver Lewisend Garren was injured and a doctor was summoned. fault attributed to Geen, with emergency services dispatched for immediate aid.
Safety Supervisor RG Kyte of the F P S W arrived this morning to Tombstone with his wife for a short stay visiting Mr and Mrs F N Walcott. Attorneys from various parts of the county include Alex Murry Jo Row J W Ross Cleon Kasyp C A Caney M F Dean and AM Sames Dougan. A large number of young Tombstone residents plan to attend a barbecue and dance at Turner this evening. Phoenix June 26 1915 new intermountain freight rates approved by western railroads will take effect July 6 officials say the changes stem from a broad plan for intermountain traffic and introduce a generally lower price structure for many commodities moving from eastern points to the west details remain unclear but expect broad rate reductions across routes.

Nicholay Mirkovic, ex private in the Eigetrenth infantry renmnental band, pleaded guilty to a degree of order and was sentenced by Judge Lockwood to 10 to 15 years in the state plan. Carneval Lee McCormick was stabbed in a band quarrel. John Nugent and Thomas Camp of Douglas pleaded guilty to homegsing and received 90 days hard labor plus a $25 fine each. Arvo Hungo of Lowesl pleaded guilty to robbing a mercantile store and faces 5 to 8 years. Otto Hanshtoush of Bishee pleaded guilty to assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced 2 to 10 years.
Nogales June 26. Cat E Bates a Cochise cattleman formerly of Tombstone faces trial in Nogales on a charge of counterfeiting money. Consul Frederick Simpich reports Bates was jailed after being brought from Tombstone and will be tried in the next few days.
Katherine Kelsey aged 23 months, wife of George Xelvey, died suddenly yesterday morning about 8 o'clock after an ordinary conversation with her husband. He found her collapsed beside him. heart failure is believed the cause. The couple had lived at the home ranch for years with care devoted to Katherine’s comfort.
In Phoenix on June 25, the Legislature approved a bill creating a new judicial department and enlarging state executive powers, while also considering a Senate prohibition measure. The judiciary committee reported favoring a labor commissioner and a broader department of public safety, with the House exercising substantial control over department operations. A second major item saw the House address the Senate prohibition bill, amending provisions on alcohol purchase affidavits and retail records, aiming to reduce illicit alcohol use.
Arizona automobiles will carry copper background number plates in 1916. Bids open May 20 at Phoenix for about 4,000 plates for motor vehicles and 1,000 motorcycle tags with 300 chauffeurs badges. Plates to resemble current design with heavy black figures on copper background. delivery by December.

Felts Lopes, described as a lover of Rosendo Len, was arrested by County officers after a stabbing in Durango.
