Governor Lewis Wolfley offers a reward of five hundred dollars for the arrest and conviction of James Daly, accused in the murder of Deputy Sheriff W. W. Lowther near Bisbee. Daly, described as about 50, six feet tall, blue eyes, Welsh accent, fled and is at large in Arizona Territory. The notice is dated Phoenix May 24, 1890 and signed by Secretary N. O. Murray.
