Assessed Valuation of Cochise County
County Assessor Howe says he will have the total assessed valuation by tomorrow and estimates about 1,000,000, a decline of 1,090,000 from last year due to copper production drop and lower city property values. Increased assessable property arises from government land homesteading, despite the general business downturn.
