Court Proceedings and Robbery Report Across Jan Term
The district court adjourned after 20 court days with 33 civil cases disposed and 74 continued to the Jane term. A box robbery near Fairbank disrupted last night, with two robbers stealing the Nogales train Express box and fleeing toward Benson. The box contents scattered. about $30 to $40 seen as missing. Suspects described as two tall men, one about six feet with dark features, the other six feet eight with brown eyes and clothing, were reported around Fairbank. Police issued warnings countywide as investigators traced the trail from the holdup to Fairbank.
