The Federal grand jury met in Tomvatone this morning for the last session before the Phoenix court opens. A panel of 21 was called with 17 reporting. Miguel Castenado served as interpreter and Matthew Telin as grand jury bailiff. Several cases were reset or dismissed as federal and territorial actions proceed, with numerous judgments for plaintiffs and an order moving future imprisonments to Atlantes, Georgia and Leavenworth, Kansas.
