In Phoenix on April 13 officials announced Cochise County will supply 84 men in the next draft call for Camp Funston. County quotas were set across Arizona with Apache 32, Coconino 32, Cochise 84, Gila 56, Graham 3, Greenlee 30, Santa Cruz 11, Yavapai 61, Yuma 30. Exact entrainment dates to be announced after a conference with the American Railway association. Relatives of Arizona soldiers at Funston Kearny and Fort Riley await word as they fear delayed information. Governor Hayes and party in Washington were to visit Funston to see the Arizona men.
