Stabbing at Cedar Point Ends In Murder
Dominic Moriato, about fifty, Italian, was stabbed to death near The Club saloon at Cedar Point last night at 10 30. William Baldoski, a Lithuanian about thirty five, fled and was captured by the night patrol with the knife in hand. The men were primary election candidates for commissioner under Cedar Point’s new city government. Both single and miners' workers. Sheriff Mischke transported the suspect to the county jail early this morning.

Inquests Held By Coroner Grable In Old Town
Coroner Grable held two inquests last week in the city. The first concerned a 22 day old child of John Cormicoli who died after a brief illness from a severe cold. The second involved four and a half month old child of John Stadlum who died of pneumonia. Funeral rites for both were held with interments at St Ann's cemetery.
