Advise Placing Orders for Metal Equipment in 1942
Kossuth area farmers should order extra milk cans palla strainers kettles and cream cans for 1942 dairy operations. Steel diversion to defense requires civilian limits but priorities officials grant a preference rating to hot dip tin plated dairy equipment makers. Only enough steel is allocated to supply 1 340 000 milk cans for replacement and to meet eight billion pounds of milk planned under federal goals.
