McDonald listed twelve would enlist for the CCC with ten named including Ray H Raith Ray mond Jennett Erwin Braner Weyman Blanchard and Oliver Knudsen all of Algona Elroy Hatten Raymond Riddle from Burt Leland Thaves and Thomas Lewis from Lakota and Vernard Tietz from Whittemore. 1138 boys arrived Wednesday and 51 more were to come by Milwaukee Road Tuesday for Bancroft Camp total 176. Bancroft Community Club provides cars to transport the boys to Bancroft.
