In Titonka area, 2688 outstanding Iowa high school juniors attended Hawkeye Boys State at Camp Dodge the week of June 7. James Roderson represented the local American Legion post and served on the Credentials Committee while winning a seat in the House of Representatives and leading the Safety Committee as a delegate to the Nationalist Convention. The 1964 program, the 26th, teaches citizenship and statesmanship through a simulated 51st state with Federalist and Nationalist parties.
