Colt J. Rippentrop and family from Doran Minnesota arrived to visit his brother John G. Rippentrop and family south of town. The Schmidt farm reports a planned yield of about sixty bushels per acre from early corn and Ancona chicken operations with three hundred hens and an egg check near two hundred dollars last month. Bill Erwin and Scoop Sturdevant return from a North Dakota trip noting Minnesota crops performing well but shortages in North Dakota.
