Pupil Trip To Chicago From Thomson School
Thirty six pupils and teachers from Thomson Consolidated Grade school toured Chicago on Friday into Saturday. They visited Maxwell Street Ghetto Market Swift plant and the Lake Michigan Railroad Fair pageant. Costs totaled 3.19, eight cents below estimates, with excess returned after bills.

Raymond Holloway Dies in Minneapolis Hospital
Raymond Holloway 44 of Thomson died at 4 p.m. Monday in St Luke's hospital Minneapolis after surgery. Surviving include widow four children mother sister and brother. Funeral services were held in Minneapolis with burial there. He was a 1931 marriage to Colette Betz and a 1927 employee of Minneapolis Power and Light later at the utilities company in Savanna.
