Butter fat price bid by Ideal Creamery Chicago

The Ideal Creamery Company of Chicago offers 47 cents per pound for butter fat this week. Mrs. Mary Lambert of Oklahoma and her son Willey, visiting with Mrs. Lambert's sister Mrs. Jorcas St. Ores, left for home on Wednesday by car. Mrs. Stres remains ill. Chas Wilt is starting a garage on the southwest part of his hotel grounds. The Wilts report strong trade and improving conditions. A brief Thursday shower aided after a dry spell and further rain would be welcome.

Argo News: Stock Shipment and Local Visits Reported

A large consignment of stock was shipped out on Wednesday by Rudolph Holm. Mr and Mrs John Hicks were Sunday guests at the home of George Hicks. A picnic will be held at Argo school on Friday, the last day of school. A carload of shelled corn was unloaded at Argo on Monday. Mrs Joe Boltz returned home from Jane Lamb hospital on Sunday. Mrs Folz is feeling much improved. Mrs Chas Sack, Vivian and Mrs Phineas Bashaw visited Clinton on Tuesday. Isabelle Joens has been hired to teach Argo School for another year. Mr and Mrs George Column and a Davenport family were Sunday guests at Raymond Carroll's.
