The Review will publish weekly installments listing each inmate with name age charge and disposition, based on cooperation with Sheriff Shiley. Carroll county corn hog officials attended a Polo meeting where Prof J D Billsborough and Prof C Rhodes of the University of Illinois outlined changes for the 1935 government plan. Benefits for hogs not raised stay at 15 per head. corn benefits rely on 35 cents per bushel on non-raised corn. Hog reduction set at 10 percent of 1932-33 average. Mrs Harriett Connell Dies in Mt Carroll Home
Mrs Harriett N Connell a Mt Carroll resident died Monday night after a two week illness. Born September 11 1872 she lived on Clay and Market streets most of her life and grew up at Mt Carroll Female Seminary. She married Dr Henry Alden Noyes in 1893 and John R Connell in 1905. A longtime writer of plays and stories she served in many civic groups and helped organize the Mt Carroll Community Club. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery after services at her Mt Carroll home with pallbearers named.

Savanna mess sergeant seriously hurt in auto mishap
Bail Hines, 38, mess sergeant at the qanse ration camp in Pris utes park, was struck by a car driven by Frank Tarth on route 8 north of Savanna. He remains unconscious with head injuries, a fractured left leg, and possible internal injuries. He is hospitalized in Savanna City. He is married with two children, from Chestnut Park. family from Marchester arrived in December.

Stransdale herd from Lone Stransdale Farm in the county sold 66 purebred Herefords at $17.50 per hundredweight on the Chicago market Monday. The 280 head shipment came from Walhe Huidskeper ranch in Two Tit, Mount, and was received at the Stranelake farm two years ago in November. Bred Hook supervised feeding on the farm, with Ad PF Hetem as shipment manager.
