Dairy herd improvement association forms in Carroll County

A dairy herd improvement association organized by dairy extension workers of the College of Agriculture University of Illinois and Farm Adviser M P Boske in Carroll County aims to boost efficiency. Patrolman Appointed for Carroll County Highways
