A E Trail Former Thomson Resident Passes Away
A E Trail age unknown and former Thomson resident died December 5 at his son Perrs home in Powell Wyoming. He and his wife lived in Thomson years ago and later moved to Lincoln Nebraska then Powell where they homesteaded. Mrs Trail died three years earlier and Trail had poor health many years suffering strokes and mobility loss. Surviving are his son Perrs wife and five children plus Marian her husband and a Grace grandchild. Funeral services were held December 8 with interment at Powell.

A 1929 Chevrolet sedan driven by Kenneth Whitney was damaged in a head on collision at the corner of Chicago Avenue and Sixth Street in Savanna at 11:30 Friday morning. Both cars escaped injuries with the Chevrolet suffering a bent axle, broken front spring and bent headlights.
