Village Board Favors Xmas Tree Display
At the regular monthly village board meeting the plan to decorate Natwal Street with a large Christmas tree and smaller trees in front of businesses was approved. A local three member committee H L Rawlins Foster Stagg and Charles Groharing was appointed to oversee the project. Ed Porter will supply individual trees for fifty cents each and a public call for bulbs and a large tree will follow. The village will spend a reasonable amount for decorations and aims to brighten Anad a Street for the holidays.
