Register Please for Thompson melon buyers this season
Out of town visitors are asked to sign a register at each melon growing area. A single register book and pencil will collect names and correct addresses of annual buyers. Each family should have one entry to prevent duplicate mailing. At season end, books will be collected for the Melon Growers Edition mailing, ensuring each grower has individual access to the list.

First and Last Chance Melon Stand in Thomson
A. A. Cate runs the first melon stand two miles east of Thomson on the gravel road just after entering from the east across the bridge. The vendor promises ripe melons and offers a guarantee to take them back if not ripe. Stationed near Monte's and Irish Grey's in the watermelon and Osage muskmelon market.
