Widely Varied Humorous Snippets From Crowd-Punny Column
A collage of jokes and quips from a humor page includes remarks on sympathy between women, a daughter’s job news, misused phrases, a minister’s teetotal stance, a cheeky exchange over stockings, and dance trend notes. It also features wry lines about ventriloquism, fashion trends for women and men, and a playful jab at readers. The items showcase light, period-tinged humor and character-driven one liners.
