Secret ROTC officer and bride die in apparent double tragedy

In Madison Wisconsin a young reserve officer in the ROTC died and his 22 year old wife who had secretly married him last winter was near death after an apparent suicide and attempted killing in a university fraternity quarter. Police find a marriage license and a note by Kotvis blaming financial strain. The pistol was borrowed and ammo from a ROTC camp at Fort Sheridan.

Outlaws Sought in Arkansas Hunt Find link to Pretty Boy Floyd suspect
