Bainbridge Georgia September 24. Mrs Grace Baggs entertained at her Oaklawn home honoring the birthday of Mr Max Kwilecki. The lower floor was decorated with pink roses zimnias and fall flowers. A perfectly appointed dining room table held a bowl of pink radiance roses. A four course dinner was served with fifteen covers.

Bainbridge Ga Sept 24 The Democratic Congressional Secu tive Committee of the Second Congressional District will convene at the court house in Moultrie to discuss party affairs and organize for upcoming elections.
Henry Grady Bell, chairman of the committee, will preside at the meeting. The session was formerly scheduled for September 24 and is now set for October 3.

The Second District division of the Georgia Congress of Parents and Teachers will hold its fall conference in Arlington on Tuesday September 27 at ten o clock with Arlington PTA as host. Mrs. James Gordy of Columbus State chairman for character education and Mr. Arthur Bussey of Tifton state chairman of recreation will address the group. Mrs. Victor Ballcom of Blakely is president of the second district.
