National PTA president Mrs. James C. Parker told the 64th annual PTA convention in Philadelphia that teens need more advice on choosing a spouse. She warned against impulse marriages and divorces, saying preparation for marriage is lacking as about 2,500 delegates from 46,800 local PTAs attend the meeting.
