Graduation exercises set for May 31 with summer vacation to follow.

Atlanta May 11 Rural electrification conceived in Georgia by the late President Franklin D Roosevelt celebrated its tenth birthday today. REA says half of U S farms are electrified up from 11 percent ten years ago. Loans total 415 million with 90 million repaid. delinquency under 1 percent. In 1935 about 7,000 Georgia farms had central station service. now 73,000 are electrified on 21,000 miles of REA funded lines. Forty one CO-OPs and one private utility participate. over 15 million advanced to Georgie borrowers with 4.06 million repaid.
