Americus, May 10. Preservation of full food value and conservation of foods are taught to Georgia farm wives by state home demonstration agents. Training addressed by Katherine Lanier of the State Agricultural Extension Service as Miss Lanier spoke at the concluding session. The institute was one of a series conducted throughout 41 counties.
Extension service experts showcase electrically heated and oil heated dehydration units. Miss Lanier explains the institutes aim to ensure every Georgia woman can access expert advice on conserving food for winter use.
