Atlanta May 9 Aiken an Atlanta attorney filed a petition in superior court for incorporation of loyal Southern Methodists to oppose merger of the Methodist Episcopal Church South with the main church. The charter requests 20 year term with renewal and offices in Atlanta, listing religious educational and civic aims.
