Mrs Dutch Wilkes entertained Saturday afternoon May 1 at her home in Wilkes Heights Meigs Georgia honoring her daughter Jane on her fifth birthday. The party featured many games and gifts for Jane with several children invited to celebrate.

J R Hambleton and Minnie Hambleton visited Thomasville Friday. Roy Hurst spent a short time in Thomasville Saturday morning. Alfred Davis Deerans guest Friday night and Saturday.
Relatives visit Meigs with H H Pilcher of Moultrie handling business here Saturday. James Norman and son Jimmy visit from near Pelham. Horace Alligood and Mrs King Alligood visit their mother Mrs. King Alligood in Albany. Dorothy Tyson weekends in Moultrie with relatives. Friends wish Mr James M Simp son a speedy recovery.
