He accuses unions of funding candidates through affiliated groups to evade law, calling for new legislation. Critics say existing bills increase bureaucracy and grant special privileges.
Hollywood reports Bing Crosby trims weight after a long career and says his plans include film work TV specials and a morning radio show. He jokes about diet while recounting past roles and future projects with Bob Hope Rosemary Clooney and Kathryn.
