Colonel James Skeldon serves in the Pan in Panama Canal Zone, Captain Joseph Skeldon leads flights with Chennault's U S Forces in China, Philip 18 is in the Marines, Edward 17 a Naval Air Cadet, and Frank L. Skeldon is a retired officer. James recently commanded a squadron over key Japanese targets in French Indo China.

Corporal James Valentine, son of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Valentine of 712 Shotwell Street, is now stationed at the Bainbridge Army Air Field. A Bainbridge High School and North Georgia College graduate, he participated in football boxing bowling and swimming teams and serves as a squadron clerk at the basic flying school.
